Clydeartsy is operated by Michelle Tierney, a sole trader based in Scotland, United Kingdom.
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Clydeartsy”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Michelle Tierney trading as Clydeartsy.

2. Products
We sell a range of products including:
- Original artwork
- ACEO artwork
- Art prints
- Handmade jewellery
- Print Club subscriptions
- Other creative products as advertised
All products are subject to availability.
As many items are handmade or original works, slight variations may occur. Product photographs are intended to represent items as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
4. Ordering
When an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
Acceptance of an order takes place when your order has been processed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where pricing errors or product availability issues occur.
5. Payment
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processes, weather conditions, industrial action, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Customers have rights under UK consumer legislation.

8. Handmade Jewellery
Our jewellery is handmade and should be treated with care.
Jewellery should be removed before swimming, bathing, exercising or sleeping.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
Customers with known allergies should review product descriptions carefully and contact us before purchase if additional information is required.
9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, photographs, designs, product descriptions, logos, graphics and website content remain the intellectual property of Michelle Tierney trading as Clydeartsy unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, stored, published or used commercially without prior written permission.
The purchase of artwork, prints or jewellery does not transfer copyright ownership.

- Attempt to interfere with website functionality
- Copy website content without permission
- Upload malicious software or harmful material
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse occurs.
